Announcing the Greenhouse Rebrand!

launch_post_headerFrom the beginning, we set out to do something different. 

We realized how impactful effective recruiting could be to an organization and envisioned a new breed of recruiting software that was more than a list of features or a database of candidates. Software that was designed around workflows and not the other way around.

Crucially, we saw tremendous opportunity in bringing the consideration and playfulness of consumer design to the enterprise.  Our design philosophy: Build thoughtful software for real people. 

The re-imagination of the Greenhouse brand is one of the many ways we’re working to deliver on that philosophy.

Developed in collaboration with design studio XXIX, we couldn’t be more thrilled with this evolution of our brand.  Conceptually rooted (ha!) in beautiful, scientific plant imagery and strong typography, our new brand reflects who are are as a company: bold and unique……with an almost academic attention to the small details that matter.

We’re proud of what we’ve built so far - and couldn’t be happier to have earned the trust of so many great companies - but we’re just getting started. The Greenhouse rebrand is the beginning of big things on the horizon: more powerful functionality and reporting, more streamlined workflows, and an interface that gets easier to use even as it becomes more powerful.
