We are thrilled to announce Josh Bersin, Principal at Bersin by Deloitte, as a keynote speaker at Greenhouse Open 2016, our annual networking and summit event for professionals in the talent acquisition, people ops, and HR industries, taking place May 25-27th in San Francisco.

Josh Bersin is a renowned corporate talent, HR, and learning analyst. In 2001, he founded Bersin by Deloitte, a leading research and advisory firm focused on talent management, recruiting, leadership, and HR technology. (A piece of Bersin research is downloaded approximately every minute of the business day!). Josh is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been quoted on talent management topics in key media, including Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, BBC Radio, CBS Radio, and NPR. He is also a popular blogger for Forbes.com and has been a columnist for Chief Learning Officer magazine since 2007.

With a background of 25 years in product development, product management, marketing, and sales of e-learning and other enterprise technologies at companies like DigitalThink (now Convergys), Arista Knowledge Systems, Sybase, and IBM, it’s safe to say that Josh knows a thing or two about the intersection of HR and technology and how it’s affecting the future of work. He’s on a mission to empower HR and learning professionals and business leaders to drive bottom line impact in their organizations and improve their effectiveness on all levels.

In his research-based presentation at Greenhouse Open 2016, Josh will speak about the looming skill shortage facing employers and share his predictions for 2016 and beyond, including:

  • Highlighting the new digital world of work and explaining what it means to an organization’s ability to attract, source, and hire the very best people
  • Discussing how employee engagement, learning, and career opportunities have become critical to an employer brand
  • Presenting new research on the role of analytics in recruitment and selection
  • Providing insight into how behavioral economics and design thinking are radically changing the way organizations recruit, manage, and inspire the workforce.

All professionals in the talent and HR industries will not want to miss Josh’s ground-breaking research, revealed for the first time at Greenhouse Open!

But that’s not all—the event will also feature a keynote by David Sacks, CEO of Zenefits, who will discuss the process of driving change in organizations and the importance of company culture to the success of a business.

With a roster of more than 50 speakers including talent leaders from many top-performing organizations, including Dropbox, Cisco, Yahoo!, Medallia, IDEO, and Box, Greenhouse Open brings together the greatest minds in talent acquisition, people ops, and HR—including you.
