There are many reasons why I love the Greenhouse community. This inspiring group of recruiters, executives, thought-leaders, and industry influencers is always ahead of the curve. We’re hungry for new knowledge and eager to share insights and discuss challenges with one another.

These exchanges are always great when they happen online and on social media, but something really magical happens when we get together in person.

Those of you who have been part of the Greenhouse community for years know exactly what I mean. And those of you who are new to OPEN… welcome!

I’m thrilled to announce OPEN 2018 and invite you to join 1,000+ fellow talent leaders in New York, April 2-4, 2018. We have some incredible speakers lined up, including

  • Lars Schmidt, Founder of Amplify Talent and co-founder of HROS

  • Joelle Emerson, CEO of Paradigm

  • Ambrosia Vertesi, VP of People at Duo and co-founder of HROS

  • Neil Frye, Global Head of Recruitment, HR Ops, and Technology at Dropbox

  • And so many more!

Early bird tickets are on sale now but the discounted price will only last a few weeks. Check out the agenda and buy your tickets now.

Here’s a sneak peek of what we’ve got planned for OPEN 2018.

What is OPEN 2018?

OPEN is no ordinary conference. This 2.5-day event, hosted April 2-4 at Pier 60 in New York City, brings together talent leaders to learn and discuss the challenges, ideas, and people driving the future of Recruiting - and the wider world of work. Attendees will have the ability to create their own personalized agenda, choosing from three tracks:

  • Track 1: Big-picture strategy and culture conversations

  • Track 2: Skill-building and certification workshops

  • Track 3: Greenhouse product and innovation

Plus, we’re holding an exclusive half-day Anti-Bias training workshop on April 2. This is only available to the first 300 attendees who register, so reserve your seat quickly!

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to interact with fellow attendees, speakers, and influencers—many sessions will feature breakouts and interactive small-group activities to facilitate conversations and collaboration.

What types of tickets are available?

You can purchase a ticket for the half-day Anti-Bias workshop on April 2, the two-day conference from April 3–4, or both the workshop and conference (the Anti-Bias workshop will be discounted if you purchase both tickets!).

For a limited time only, score an Early Bird conference ticket for $499. Group rates are also available for groups of three or more. This is the lowest price we’ll ever offer for OPEN 2018, so if you know you’d like to join us, be sure to act fast! You can get your tickets here.

Who should attend OPEN?

We’ve curated a customizable agenda to suit a wide array of audiences within the People and Talent space, from strategic thought-leadership for seasoned executives to hands-on workshops with actionable takeaways for all practitioners.

If you’re someone who loves learning about what’s happening at the forefront of the industry, if you’re excited about being part of the community that is shaping the future of People and HR, and if you re-energize by connecting with like-minded individuals, OPEN is an event for you.
