How the Translated Interviewer Experience feature can help
Create a seamless experience for non-English speaking interviewers
As we move toward globalising Greenhouse and becoming an even more inclusive product, we want to ensure that recruiting teams and hiring managers are able to fill out their scorecards and refer candidates to roles in their native languages. We are proud to be able to offer the interviewer experience in four more languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
That means recruiters and interviewers can now interact in their native language with all navigation buttons and the following most used Greenhouse pages:
- Account settings
- My dashboard
- Add a candidate
- Add a referral
- All jobs
- All candidates
- Candidate profile
- Interview kit
Additionally, to allow customers to display their open roles in their native languages, job boards are now available in these 19 languages:
- Chinese (simplified)
- Chinese (traditional)
Reduce time spent on training teams in a non-native language
Sometimes things can get lost in translation. But now, enabled with the Translated Interviewer Experience feature, hiring teams can spend less time training employees in a non-native language, and focus on what really matters. Greenhouse product features and processes can quickly resonate, helping users become best equipped to use the software, and creating a more seamless onboarding experience for all.
