Kristina graduated from New York University, Polytechnic School of Engineering with a degree in Computer Science and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Julias Markish is Director of Advisory Services at Lattice. Julia joined Lattice to lead the Advisory Services practice, enabling the Customer Experience team as well as working directly with clients to uncover and inform best practices in People Strategy. Since starting there a year ago, Julia has championed DEIB as a focus area for the CX organization, particularly in how we advise our clients on using the Lattice suite to promote equity, inclusion and belonging in their organizations. Julia has her BA in Cultural Linguistics and Cognition from Cornell, and her MBA from Stanford Business School.

LaRae serves as Chief Talent and Inclusion Officer at EVERFI. In this capacity, she is a member of the executive team and is responsible for leading all aspects of the organization’s talent strategies and programs to advance and support EVERFI’s business growth within North America and internationally. Prior to joining EVERFI in 2018, LaRae maintained leadership roles for several high-growth technology and consulting companies where she led strategies for various verticals on talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, organizational design, and diversity and inclusion.

Romy studied American studies, literature and art at Yale and many more practical things at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. Romy is a frequent speaker and contributor to Fortune, Huffington Post, and Inc.

For over 15 years, Chris has been supporting and advising private and public sector organizations in human capital disciplines, including diversity, inclusion, talent acquisition, organizational design, leadership development, culture, and change management. He’s helped create diverse and inclusive transformations for some of the world’s leading organizations, including Penn State University, BearingPoint, Inc., Deloitte, Dow Chemical, CA Technologies and WeWork. Chris lives in Brooklyn with his rescue dog Zuko.
