In this limited podcast series, Greenhouse President and Co-founder Jon Stross sits down with talent leaders from leading companies to discuss their Hiring Maturity journeys.

In this episode, Jon invites Heather Doshay, VP of People at Webflow, to share how her company climbed the Hiring Maturity curve. Webflow is a SaaS company based in San Francisco that helps companies create powerful, flexible websites and apps. Webflow has helped companies like Dell, Lattice and Zendesk and more build better business websites, faster, without coding.

Heather discusses how the talent team at Webflow went from Chaotic to Strategic on the Hiring Maturity curve in just 18 months.

In this episode, you'll learn:

  • Why Webflow has always approached remote hiring and working as an intuitive part of their business – and how any company can emulate
  • How Webflow infuses diversity, equity and inclusion into their hiring process, seamlessly
  • How introducing a data-driven, structured hiring process enabled Heather's team to meet current and future business needs with ease

Until you start tracking your hires and how their experience goes using data, it's really hard to see the full picture.”
