What kind of customer support does Greenhouse have? How much does it cost?

Each Greenhouse plan comes with great support. We move mountains to make sure you always get the answers you need, whenever you need them. Standard and Premium customers have access to a designated Account Manager. Want something faster? Open the Greenhouse chat window, and get your questions answered by a member of our New York- or San Francisco-based Support team from 9 AM to 9 PM (EST) daily.

Have a problem while we’re sleeping? Our online Help Center is open 24 hours a day, and is packed with how-to articles, video tutorials, and downloadable resources. You can also leave a message via chat that will automatically create a support ticket, or email your question to support@greenhouse.io. We’ll get back to you as soon as we’re up and moving in the morning.

Do we get assigned a customer support person? (Same person each time?)

Greenhouse customers with the Standard or Premium package get a dedicated Account Manager who will be there to answer your questions and walk you through features and updates.
