Basic: The Basic package includes everything growing teams need to successfully hire better from day one. Implementation includes a guided kick-off call with an Account Manager, a customized project plan, self-directed video training, and access to a final pre-launch account review with an Account Manager.
Standard: The Standard package is the most popular and is designed to help larger or growing organizations successfully build and scale their hiring processes. Standard includes advanced permissions, increased bulk tasks to save time, single sign-on, and approvals. Serving as both a primary contact and a strategic partner, a dedicated Account Manager focuses on your organization’s goals to develop both a customized implementation strategy as well as a long-term plan for success.
Premium: The Premium package provides companies with robust features designed for large organizations, including Greenhouse Analytics, providing more advanced and actionable insight into recruiting data. This package provides access to a dedicated senior team including an Account Manager, an Engagement Manager, who will project manage implementation, and a named Solutions Engineer, to assist with specific technical configurations throughout implementation. Implementation includes personalized, web-based training sessions, regular status calls and account reviews, and access to a development sandbox.
